SENT ME WRONG ITEM

The delivery was good but when opened it was the wrong item - braless to knee - I ordered WITH BRA TO THIGH - I sent 5 e-mails to correct & 5 days later they have not responded & there is no phone number to call - they are located in the garment district in downtown Los Angeles - I live in Las Vegas - I needdd the original item to promote my healing what to do? HELP
