CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM TO YOUR STORE?

Yes, you can! You may return online, or store merchandise to a PERFECT SHAPE Store.  Check out the details

below for more information.

If for any reason you do not love any items purchased, they may be exchanged or returned:

 Within 30 days of purchase, refunds will credit back to the original payment method

o If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a merchandise credit

o  All sales are final on clearance items, underwear, swimwear, and shapewear (that has a bottom i.e., thong,

panty, boxer, capri leg) and are excluded from our general return policy.

Online/Catalogue Purchase:

 In the United States: Bring your invoice or order confirmation email and the item(s) you wish to return to a

PERFECT SHAPE Store for a prompt return or exchange

 Outside of the United States:  Returns/Exchanges are unable to be made in our stores at this time. Please email

us for international return/exchange instructions.

Store Purchase:

 Bring your original receipt and the item(s) you wish to return to a PERFECT SHAPE Store located in the original

country of purchase

o If you no longer have your original receipt, we'll exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit, based on the

lowest selling price of the returned merchandise.

By the way…

 For In-Store Exchanges & Returns: All stores require an electronic scan of your government-issued ID for all

exchanges and returns, solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse; we'll never sell the information obtained

through this process.
