Shipping and returns are free within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is placed. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Mail (delivered with your regular mail), which is a 2-5 day service to anywhere in the USA. USPS Priority and Express Mail are also available for an additional fee and are delivered within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping Information
We ship to most international countries. International Priority Mail may take up to 4 weeks. Global Express Mail is also available for orders requiring delivery time less than 2 weeks. Please be aware that we are not responsible for longer delivery times due to the customs department in your local country nor are we responsible for any import duties and taxes they may or may not charge you in addition to the shipping charges you have already paid to Perfect Shape. You may import 3 or 4 times with no charges and on the 5th time customs will hold it for duties and taxes, it just depends on customs and the person who processes the package. We always ship it the same way every time, and say that it is a commercial sample on the package to try and protect you from any additional customs charges, but this method is not always successful, and Perfect Shape cannot be held responsible. Please note that international orders will be required to pay shipping both ways on items they wish to exchange.
PRIVACY IS GUARANTEED
To protect your privacy, all orders will be shipped in a plain box or package. They will be shipped from "Perfect Shape”. Perfect Shape will not be marked anywhere on the outside of the box.
At Perfect Shape we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days from your original purchase date, you may receive a refund or an exchange. All returns or exchanges must have the original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and must not have been worn. For sanitary reasons and in compliance with California law, any item with a bottom returned to us will count towards exchange only. No refunds will be given. Regardless of condition or packaging, No refunds will be made. No exceptions. We understand that shapewear can be difficult to fit and for this reason we will allow an exchange for a different size.
Please send your package, including your packing slip, via a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. You may use any carrier you wish. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We do not issue shipping labels for returns or exchanges. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. If your exchange is for a product that is priced higher than the original item ordered please enclose a check or money order for the difference. International shipments will be charged the original shipping and handling charge on any exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If your package returns to us unclaimed or returned to sender we will issue a refund less original shipping charges that were incurred
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two weeks for a refund/exchange to be processed and appear on your credit card billing statement. If the items returned have been tampered with or damaged after leaving our store, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Due to Health Regulations we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, dried, soiled, stained, or covered in pet hair. We will also refuse returns that have an odor such as smoke or perfume.
